With a PhD in Engineering and a long career working with senior leaders in technical and scientific fields, Janet specializes in helping leaders translate expertise into effective leadership, decision-making, and execution. She is the author of Practical Leadership, a widely used framework that informs Valrose Solutions LLC’s applied leadership coaching approach and supports consistent, actionable development across engagements.
Janet provides executive coaching in select high-stakes or technically complex contexts and supports the ongoing development and calibration of the firm’s coaching methodology.

Gianfranco Macciomei provides international program leadership, quality assurance, and executive coaching across Europe and global markets. He brings more than 20 years of experience leading complex, multinational initiatives in regulated, technical, and operationally demanding environments.
With a background in engineering and business leadership, Gianfranco works effectively with senior leaders navigating cross-border operations, matrixed organizations, and high-stakes decision-making. His coaching is grounded in practical leadership application and informed by deep experience operating within diverse cultural and regulatory contexts.
Gianfranco holds a European Professional Coaching Certificate (EUROCERT) and provides executive coaching in select engagements requiring regional, operational, or cross-cultural expertise.

Global Executive Coaching Lead – APAC
Maggie Ma provides executive and team coaching, bringing over 12 years of experience alongside a career spanning international business operations, consulting, and leadership development. She has worked across global organizations and complex, high-growth environments, supporting senior leaders and teams in navigating organizational and strategic challenges.
Prior to focusing on coaching, Maggie held leadership and operational roles across China in the international shipping industry, later moving into senior positions in business education and consulting with institutions including CEIBS, HP China, and HEC. She has also served as a leadership and team coach with McKinsey and as an internal executive coach at Meituan, working closely with diverse leadership teams across industries.
Maggie holds an MBA from Peking University and is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC).
