With over ten years of experience as a litigation attorney, Sarah is an effective communicator and understands the importance of knowing one’s audience. Sarah has a strong background in advocacy and negotiations. She applies these skills to the more human needs of her clients, helping them to define and enforce healthy boundaries, show up authentically as leaders, and to understand their individual professional goals. By helping clients tap into their existing skills and assets, Sarah unlocks hidden employee potential and improves overall engagement for the employers of her clients.

Sarah earned her JD from Fordham University School of Law, and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Barnard College in New York City. She is a Certified Professional Coach through iPEC, a leading coach training institute. She is certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Rachael Stockton is an executive leadership coach and speaker. She works with technology, finance, and consulting services companies to create and align corporate values, support executive teams, develop leaders for succession planning and improve team collaboration. This results in clarity of company, team and personal goals, organizational alignment, increased employee motivation and agility and higher financial performance. Rachael speaks on many topics including Taking Your Seat at the Table, Breaking Through Burnout and a variety of TED@Work programs. 

Rachael has more than 25 years of product management and marketing executive leadership experience in the hyper-competitive cybersecurity industry at unicorn startups and industry stalwarts. She has led rock star cross-functional teams of engineers, marketers, and product managers to successfully build, launch and grow solutions across the product lifecycle. 

Rachael earned her MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Rachael is a Certified Professional Coach through IPEC, a leading coach training institute. The combination of her work experience and education gives her an innate understanding of business and individual challenges and powerful frameworks to solve them.
